2-sec is an integrated cybersecurity consultancy who provide a range of audit, testing, training and advisory services. Headquartered in London, their team comprises some of the world’s leading cybersecurity experts. As they were about to expand, they decided it was time for a rebrand.
With this came the construction of an all-new website that would better showcase their products. As they had no professional guidance for content, they also required a full customer journey created for this platform.
2-sec provided me with a selection of sites they liked, all had two things in common: clarity and style. I came up with the basis for a bold colour scheme and this gave me the platform on which to imagine their updated brand.
They supplied a collection of over 70 pages of content from their old site. Working with the head of the company I produced a brand new, clearer sitemap that focused their content and services to 15 pages. From here I mocked up some lo-fi wireframes to illustrate the new customer journey. Establish the product with a CTA; Explain the product; Extoll the benefits; Echo the CTA.
Once complete, I took another look at the logo. At the start, they only wanted their existing branding cleaned up. Once I saw the logo in context though, I felt there should be more brand development. I designed a bolder, simpler logo, tied with an easier to read logotype.
This was well received and I was requested to fulfil new business cards, stationary, and social media branding.
