Billed as “Southampton’s first smoke-free bar’, in 2005 Hamptons was ahead of the curve. Serving classic American burgers and hot dogs made fresh, and craft beer to wash it down with, the place became a hub for those who wanted something different from the chains, and something with soul.
I was brought on board in the early planning stages to fully develop their brand from the ground up. This included designing their logo and colour scheme, through to their menus and even creating artwork to adorn their walls. The team behind Hamptons has since gone on to create ‘Koh Thai Tapas’, one of the biggest newcomers on the UK restaurant scene.
